What will I find at the showroom?
Four things, mainly.
Stoves you can walk around. A working selection of example stoves from the brands we stock — wood-burners, multi-fuel models, traditional cast iron and contemporary steel. Photos in a brochure don't show you how a stove sits in a room, the colour of the cast iron in real light, or how the glass door looks at eye level. Coming in solves all of that.
Hearths in real materials. Slate, polished granite and brick hearth options sit underneath the stoves on display, so you can see how the materials look against the stove, the floor and the wall. Useful for working out the right thickness and overhang — both of which tend to look smaller in a brochure than they actually need to be in person.
A team that knows the products. No commission, no hard sell. Drop in with a rough idea of your room and your budget and we'll talk you through what would suit. Bring photos of the install location and a tape measure's worth of room dimensions and we can be a lot more specific.
Printed brand catalogues to take away. A full set of brand catalogues — ACR, Castle, Focus, Hunter, MI Fires, Parkray, Pevex, Portway, Termatech — is stocked on the rack and free to take home. Useful if you're not ready to commit on the day and want to compare with your partner or look at room shots in your own time.

- Photos of the install location — the chimney breast or wall, ideally with a tape measure in shot for scale.

Are the stoves on display ones I can actually buy?
The stoves on the floor are examples to show the look, build and scale. Most are available to order in the configuration you want — colour, fuel type, size variant — and your stove gets supplied direct from the manufacturer.
